I had a very disappointing experience with this fence contractor. The project began with a clear plan, but once work started, the process became very disorganized. The crew did not properly mark the fence line, which resulted in sections that are noticeably uneven. Some posts are not aligned, and the overall structure looks crooked from different angles. The gate installation was also poorly done and does not latch properly. Communication throughout the job was frustrating, as I had to repeatedly call for updates. After completion, getting them to return and fix the issues was extremely difficult.
